We live in Rising Star and subscribe to the Rising Star New Paper and nothing was published about a runnoff election or anything else pretaing to elections. Please see if you can correct this . We have made phone calls in the past but we are what they call little folk, so I guess our 2 votes don't count. We not informed about elections in Eastland County....HELP Eastland County does not let the county know when elections take place.
